INS
Communications will be providing internet protocol television (IPTV) services to
subscribers such as individuals, institutions and businesses. These services
will be delivered over High Speed Internet Access (HSIA) as opposed to cable or
satellite to subscribers' television sets using a technically advanced set-top
box.
The services include video services, television programming, along with video
games, pay-per-view, video-on-demand, and video-conferencing. Most important,
INS Communications network subscribers will finally be given the choice to pick-and-pay
for the channels they wish to view.
Because of the efficiencies created in the delivery system and the set-top box,
pricing of the services can be extremely competitive with cable and satellite
while at the same time providing subscribers with a much wider choice of
programs.
In addition to its cost/price advantage INS Communications has several other
advantages.
1.
INS Communications will operate a national private network, in major USA
urban areas.
2.
INS Communications will aggregate content for its live television,
video-on-demand and internet gaming services.
Upon
the launch of these services in Q3 of this year, INS Communications will be one
of the first providers of video services delivered directly to subscribers'
television sets over DSL networks in the United States. INS Communication's
network will incorporate and be protected from competition by a patented system
for delivering broadcast quality video, data, and telephony services over DSL
networks. Ultimately, services will be offered in 50 cities across the United
States and in major markets around the world also branching off to sell through
ISP’s.

"Today, content streamed through an IP set-top box is
commonly delivered to the home by satellite or cable network. A recent
phenomenon is the emergence of Internet Protocol (IP)-based set-top boxes.
This category is gaining momentum because IP set-top boxes can deliver
much of the same cable or satellite set-top box functionality while using
existing and low-cost Internet and IP-based network infrastructures.
Furthermore, building on the bi-directional IP infrastructure enables
inherent support for a broader range of applications and interactive
services.
